Natalia Varoli has more than 20 years experience as a Pilates instructor, of which the past ten years has been working with private clients and at established studios in Bergen County and New York City. She studied ballet and choreography at the State Art and Culture University in St. Petersburg. Natalia is a certified Mat and Reformer instructor by Balance Body, which is the gold standard for Pilates worldwide. Also, she is a certified Chair and Trapeze Table/ Cadillac instructor by Club Pilates.
